Timeframe: You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
Non-refundable items: Customized or personalized items (e.g., shirts with names, custom affirmations) cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Want a different size or design? We offer free exchanges for the same item (subject to stock availability) within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact us, and we’ll walk you through the process.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective.
For approved refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
